Summary This standard specifies the railway rolling stock or various other rail rolling stock noise level and spectrum emission measurement conditions in order to obtain reproducible and comparable measurement results. But does not include the operation of the line maintenance vehicles. This standard applies to: Type tests, periodic supervision and inspection, conventional noise test, environmental assessment measurements. The results can be used to: characterize the measured noise emission characteristics of the train, compared in a special section within the various types of vehicles emitting noise, obtain train basic sound source data. This standard specifies test methods for engineering level (2, accuracy is �� 2dB). According to GB/T 19052 requirements engineering grade is preferred as the noise level of publicity.
