GB/T 4010 alloy chemical analysis and preparation of samples
Principle 3
The sample was dissolved in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid until no reaction was filtered, and the residue used mixed flux of sodium oxide and sodium carbonate melt processed after the original filter
Were combined, then hydrogen peroxide, the solution was evaporated to take fuming sulfuric acid, dehydrated silicic acid, hydrochloric acid to dissolve the soluble salts, the precipitate is separated, dried
After filtration the precipitate was washed with ignition at 1050 ℃ to constant weight, and then treated with sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid, silicon tetrafluoride to silicon escape, hydrofluoric acid
Poor quality before and after treatment, calculated content of silicon in the sample.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical grade reagents and distilled water or its equivalent purity water.
4.1 sodium peroxide, solid.
4.2 anhydrous sodium carbonate solids.
4.3 hydrochloride, ρ1.19g/mL.
4.4 hydrofluoric acid, ρ1.15g/mL.
4.5 Hydrogen peroxide, ρ1.10g/mL.
Sulfate 4.6, 1 + 1.
4.7 sulfate, 1 + 4.
4.8 washing solution. pipette 20mL of hydrochloric acid (4.3) in 960mL of water, after mixing, was added 20mL of hydrogen peroxide (4.5), and mix.
5 Sampling and Preparation
In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4010 will be sampling and sample preparation, the sample should be adopted 0.125mm sieve.
Step 6 Analysis
6.1 Sample volume
Weigh 1.00g sample, accurate to 0.0001g.
6.2 blank test
Along with sample blank test.
