This document is applicable to social insurance agencies at all levels to carry out qualification certification services, human resources and social security grassroots public services

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 31596.1, GB/T 31596.2, GB/T 35616 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
