1 Scope
This document specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, samples, test methods and procedures for the test of the deposition of the hot end spray liquid on the inner surface of glassware.
Steps, data processing, result presentation, test report, etc.
This document applies to the test method for the amount of tin deposited on the inner surface of glassware after hot end spraying.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Hot end spray hot end spray
At the hot end of the glass instrument production line, the spray liquid is atomized and sprayed onto the instrument surface. After high temperature treatment, the surface gloss of the glass instrument can be improved.
A process of smoothness.
3.2
Hot end spraying liquid
A liquid with monobutyltin trichloride as the main ingredient, which is sprayed onto the surface of glassware and then treated at high temperature to make the surface smooth.

Inner surface hot end spraying liquid deposition amountinner surface hot end spraying liquid
The hot end spray liquid on the inner surface of the glass instrument decomposes during the high temperature treatment process, and butyl and chlorine evaporate in the form of gas and finally deposit

4 Principle
Add a nominal volume of sodium hydroxide solution into the glassware and use an ultrasonic oscillator to perform ultrasonic extraction to dissolve the tin deposited on the inner surface.
The solution was dissolved in sodium hydroxide solution, and hydrochloric acid solution was added to adjust the pH and make the volume constant. The solution was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer and other instruments.
The amount of tin element in the liquid is tested to obtain the deposition amount of the hot end spraying liquid on the inner surface.
