Autonomous capabilities of large and medium-sized civil fixed-wing UAV systems
Flight test requirements
1 Scope
This document specifies the general flight test procedures for autonomous capability of civil large and medium-sized fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle systems (hereinafter referred to as "unmanned aerial vehicle systems").
Requirements, flight capabilities, operational risk factor identification and response capabilities, manual intervention capabilities and flight test report requirements.
This document is applicable to the autonomous capability flight test of large and medium-sized civil fixed-wing UAV systems and other types of UAV system autonomous capability flight
The test is carried out according to the reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 35018, GB/T 38152 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Autonomous capability
The ability of an unmanned aerial vehicle system to fly in autonomous or automatic mode within its designed operating range and to identify and respond to operational risk factors.
Note 1.Autonomous mode means that the UAV system operator does not intervene in the flight, and the decision is based on the judgment of the UAV system.
Note 2.The automatic mode is executed according to the pre-set program. Important decisions are based on human judgment and require the UAV system operator to send instructions.
3.2
unmanned aircraft system pilot
Operators involved in the flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle system.
3.3
Operational risk identification and response
Identify variables that could reduce the level of operational safety and respond appropriately.
4 General requirements
4.1 Flight test conditions
The test site conditions (altitude, runway, etc.) and environmental conditions (such as atmospheric temperature, atmospheric pressure, atmospheric humidity, wind speed, wind
direction, visibility, electromagnetic environment, etc.) should comply with the technical requirements of the UAV system.
The operational risk identification and response capability test flight subjects should first perform ground tests, and then conduct relevant tests after evaluating the validity of the ground test results.
Applicable flight tests.
