3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in DL/T 2528 and the following apply to this document.

An electrochemical energy storage system built on or near the user's internal site and connected to the power user's internal power grid.
Note. Generally includes electrochemical energy storage units, electrical primary and secondary equipment, monitoring systems and related auxiliary facilities.
4 Basic Provisions
4.1 Before the user-side electrochemical energy storage system is connected to the grid, project filing, grid connection application, access system plan review and grid connection acceptance should be carried out.
4.2 The main equipment of the user-side electrochemical energy storage system, such as batteries, battery management system, energy storage converter, monitoring system, etc., shall comply with
