Foreword
GB/T 4333 This section includes the three measuring Chromium Azure S Spectrophotometry, EDTA titration and flame atomic absorption spectrometry
Analysis ferrosilicon aluminum content. This Part replaces GB/T 4333.4-1988 "Methods for chemical analysis of ferrosilicon chrome azure S Spetrophotometry
Given the amount of aluminum ", GB/T 4333.5-1997" Determination of aluminum content "and GB/T 4333.9-1988 Methods for chemical analysis of ferrosilicon EDTA volumetric method
"Methods for chemical analysis of ferrosilicon flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of aluminum content."
This portion of the GB/T 4333.4-1988, GB/T 4333.5-1997 and GB/T 4333.9-1988 comparison, in addition to the allowable difference portion
Edit points, mainly on the GB/T 4333.5-1997 made the following technical modifications.
--- The amount of the sample by the 0.5000g, 0.2500g, 0.1500g adjusted to 0.80g and 0.50g;
Zinc Standard Solution --- titration using xylenol orange as indicator Cu-PAN instead of copper as an indicator of the standard titration solution
system;
--- Using sodium carbonate - boric acid flux instead of sodium bisulfate acid insoluble residue decomposition;
--- Using hydrochloric acid - hexamethylenetetramine and alkali secondary separation interference, instead of methyl isobutyl ketone extraction of iron, aluminum and copper precipitate ammonium benzoate
Ferron separation separation of titanium;
--- Using hydrochloric acid - hexamethylenetetramine instead of acetic acid - ammonium acetate buffer solution as the titration system.
