3 Terms and definitions
There are no terms or definitions to be defined in this document.
4 Principles
After the sample is extracted by ultrasonic dispersion with tetrahydrofuran and ammonia solution (or water and sodium chloride), methanol is added and ultrasonic extraction is performed, followed by centrifugation and filtration.
Afterwards, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine the retention time and relative ion pair abundance, and the external standard method was used for quantitation.
5 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, all reagents used were of analytical grade.
5.1 Water. GB/T 6682, Level 1.
5.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
5.3 Acetonitrile. chromatographically pure.
5.4 Ammonium acetate. chromatographically pure.
5.5 Tetrahydrofuran. chromatographically pure.
5.6 Methanol-tetrahydrofuran solution. 1 1 (volume ratio).
5.7 Sodium chloride. analytical grade.
5.8 Ammonia. superior grade pure 25%~28%.
