Regulations for sea trials of manned submersibles
1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, test procedures, test content, test reports and test emergency plans for manned submersible sea tests.
This document is applicable to sea trials before delivery of various types of manned submersibles. Testing of manned submersibles after delivery, unmanned submersibles
Sea trials can also be implemented with reference to this.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 13407 apply to this document.
4 General requirements
4.1 Test conditions
4.1.1 According to the operating requirements and working conditions of manned submersibles, sea trials should be conducted within the scheduled sea trial time and appropriate sea trial areas.

4.1.2 Before sea trials of manned submersibles, the following conditions should be met.
a) The overall technical status and various functions of the manned submersible meet the sea trial requirements;
b) Spare parts and consumables are fully prepared;
c) The mother ship and manned submersible surface support equipment have passed the voyage inspection and are qualified for voyage trials;
d) Conduct preliminary investigations or data collection on the marine environment, seabed topography, etc. of the test sea area;
e) Documents such as sea test plan, test outline, safety plan, emergency plan, etc. have been reviewed or confirmed;
f) The management system of the sea trial organization has been established.
4.1.3 After the sea test of the manned submersible, the following inspections should be carried out.
a) Inspection of the overall technical condition of the manned submersible;
b) Inspection of the technical status of the mother ship and related surface support systems;
c) Other required inspections.
4.2 Test organization
The manned submersible sea test organization includes the test leader, technical support group, deployment and recovery group, underwater operation group and mother ship working group, among which
