1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for blow-molded polypropylene round-bottom containers with a capacity of not more than 2L (including 2L) for liquid food packaging. Book
The document also specifies quality tolerances, dimensional tolerances, sampling methods, test requirements and performance requirements for blow-molded polypropylene containers for liquid food packaging.
NOTE. It is not intended that polypropylene is the only polymer suitable for this application, as include high density polyethylene (PE-HD), polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
Other polymers, etc., are also suitable.
