This document specifies the elements, timeliness, technical methods and application of the required observational data for the verification and evaluation of the accuracy of marine forecast results:
This document is applicable to the marine prediction of five elements of sea surface wind, waves, storm surge, surface sea temperature and sea ice in China's coastal and offshore waters:
The test and evaluation of the accuracy of the report and alarm results are not applicable to the test and evaluation of the accuracy of the numerical prediction results:
