This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 411-2008 "cotton printing and dyeing cloth."
This standard compared with GB/T 411-2008, the main technical differences are as follows.
--- The scope of application to delete the requirements;
--- Increase the definition of cotton printing and dyeing cloth (see 3.1), delete the linear defects, strip defects, thin road, weft (bit) shift (see.2008 edition
3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.5);
--- Modify the product safety requirements (see 5.3.1,.2008 version 5.2.1);
--- New per unit area mass deviation rate (see 5.3.2), modified the density deviation rate, breaking strength, tearing strength, washing size changes

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of cotton printing and dyeing cloth, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and packaging.
This standard applies to all types of woven production of bleached, dyed and printed cotton.
