Guidelines for the Assessment of Limited Electricity in Wind Farms
1 Scope
This document specifies the relevant requirements and methods for the assessment of restricted electricity in wind farms.
This document is applicable to power dispatch agencies, grid-connected wind farms after trial operation, and limited power evaluation service providers, etc., for the development of wind power
Field theory power generation, available power generation of wind farms, limited power in the wind farm and limited power outside the wind farm.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Stand-alone power activepowerofwindturbine
The actual output power of each wind turbine in the wind farm.
3.2
Windturbinenacelewindspeed
The wind speed monitored on the top of the nacelle of each wind turbine in the wind farm.
Note. According to the temperature and pressure correction as standard reference conditions.
3.3
Actual wind turbine power curve actualpowercurveofwindturbine
The function relationship between the net power output of the wind turbine and the wind speed of the nacelle given by the wind turbine manufacturer according to the specific wind conditions on site.
3.4
Theoretical power curve of windturbine
After testing, correction and standardization according to the determined measurement procedure, the net power output of the wind turbine is a function of the nacelle wind speed.
Note. Expressed in figures and tables.
3.5
Stand-alone operation status windturbineoperationstatus
The real-time power generation state of wind turbines is composed of standby state, normal power generation state, off-site restricted state, and on-site restricted state.
Note 1.The standby state is marked with a value of 0, including technical standby state, no wind standby state, and wind cut-out standby state.
Note 2.The normal power generation status is marked with a value of 1, including full performance normal power generation status, performance degradation but normal power generation status, etc.
Note 3.The off-site restricted state is marked with a value of 2, including peak shaving restricted state, section restricted state, etc.
