1 Scope
This document describes a method for the determination of total aromatics in jet fuel using a gas chromatograph.
This document is applicable to the determination of total aromatics in jet fuel with a final boiling point below 300℃, and the range of determination of aromatics mass fraction or volume fraction
The circumference is 0.5%~35%.
Note. The content of olefins in jet fuel is affected by its production process, and the content is low. The capture materials used in this document are reversible selective adsorption materials.
During the analysis process, the aromatic components are selectively adsorbed. If the sample contains olefins, olefins and aromatics co-elute, the determination result of aromatics will be too large.
This document is not applicable to the determination of the content of monomer hydrocarbon components in each hydrocarbon group.
