Real-time Fluorescent PCR Quarantine and Identification Method of Cylindricae
1 Scope
This document describes the real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (hereinafter referred to as real-time fluorescent PCR) quarantine of the plant pathogenic fungus Cylindricaceae
Identification method.
This document is applicable to the detection and screening of the plants and their products for the bacteria of the cylindrosis.

4 Basic information
Scientific name. Cronartiaceae
Chinese scientific name. Cylindricae
Taxonomic status. belonging to Fungi, Basidimycota, Pucciniomycetes, Pucciniomycetes
Items (Pucciniales).
Transmission route. Cylindrossidae is mainly spread by seedlings or diseased bodies. It can also be spread by wind, rain and insects.

5 Principles of Identification
According to the characteristics of the DNA sequence of Pucciniaceae, the real-time fluorescent PCR method is used to apply the designed primers and probes to the Puccinia spp.
Branch pathogens are tested and identified.
