There are four types of emergency logistics public identification codes. coding objects, code structure, code format and coding requirements.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18354 and GB/T 38565 apply to this document.
4 Rules for the preparation of identification codes for emergency supplies
4.1 Code Object
The coding object of the emergency material identification code is all products belonging to the emergency material.
4.2 Code structure
The identification code of emergency supplies is 13 digits in length, adopts a layered structure and is divided into 2 layers. The 7 digits on the first level indicate the emergency supplies corresponding to the product
Classification, using the emergency material classification code specified in GB/T 38565; the second level 6 digits, indicating the order of the product under the emergency material classification

4.3 Code format
The emergency material identification code adopts a string type 13-digit Arabic numeral format.
