This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 4032-1983 "has a balance spring oscillating system precision watch", compared with the GB/T 4032-1983,
The main technical changes in addition to editorial changes outside as follows.
--- Increase in Chapter 1, "scope";
--- Increase in Chapter 2, "Normative references";
--- Improve the "precision watch" is defined (see 3.1);
--- Delete provisions authorizing the publication "precision watch" title at CICC (International chronometer Management Committee) management.
This standard uses the translation method identical with ISO 3159.2009 "chronographs with spring balance oscillating system precision watch."
