1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and determination rules for the maturity of target materials. This standard applies to the evaluation of target technology maturity.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 Target The cathode part in sputtering deposition technology.
