1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, specifications and technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of soft carbon.
This standard applies to soft carbon for lithium ion battery anode materials.

Amorphous carbon that is easy to graphitize.
4 Specifications and technical requirements
4.1 Specifications
There are two specifications of soft carbon, low-capacity SCP (L) and high-capacity SCP (H).
4.2 Technical requirements
4.2.1 The appearance of soft charcoal is black powder, no debris visually.
4.2.2 The technical indexes of soft charcoal shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
