1 Scope
This standard specifies the detection principles, general requirements, and inspection requirements for computer tomography (CT) testing of fiber-reinforced resin-based composite materials.
Test systems, comparative samples, test procedures, results evaluation, records and reports.
This standard applies to industrial computer tomography of internal defects such as delamination, cracks, pores, and inclusions in fiber-reinforced resin-based composites.
(Hereinafter referred to as industrial CT) detection.

3 Detection principle
X-ray transillumination of a certain section of the inspected object, the energy attenuation occurs, the radiation attenuation information is collected by the detector, and the attenuation information is input to the computer
A computer uses an image reconstruction algorithm to obtain a two-dimensional or three-dimensional image of the inspected part after transmission.
4 General requirements
4.1 Testing personnel
4.1.1 Personnel engaged in industrial CT testing of fiber-reinforced resin-based composite materials shall obtain corresponding technical qualification certificates.
4.1.2 The health status of the testing personnel shall comply with the provisions of GBZ 98, and undergo radiation protection knowledge training to obtain a qualification certificate.
4.1.3 The inspector should wear a personal dosimeter at work. The personal dosimeter should be sent to the relevant departments for testing on a regular basis.
The dose limit should meet the requirements of GB 18871.
4.2 Detection environment
4.2.1 The safety requirements for radiation protection in the testing room shall comply with the regulations in GBZ 117 and GB 18871.
4.2.2 Detection room temperature is 10 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, and relative humidity is less than 85%.
4.2.3 Ventilation, lighting and other environmental conditions shall comply with the provisions in GB/T 29070.
