Foreword
GB/T 38329 "Port Ship-shore Connection" is planned to be divided into 3 parts.
---Part 1.General requirements for high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) systems;
---Part 2.Data transmission for monitoring and control of high-voltage and low-voltage shore connection systems;
---Part 3.General requirements for low-voltage shore connection (LVSC) systems.
This part is Part 2 of GB/T 38329.
This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
The translation method used in this part is equivalent to IEC /IEEE80005-2.2016, Port Ship-to-shore Connection Part 2.High Voltage and Low Voltage Shore Power
Data transmission for connection system monitoring and control".
This part is proposed and managed by the National Marine Electrical and Electronic Equipment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC531).
Drafting organizations of this section. China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation 704 Research Institute, Jimei University, NARI Group Corporation.
The main drafters of this section. Wang Shuo, Li Jia, Wu Jiying, Zhu Jinda, Ma Weiliang, Sheng Weiqun.
Port ship-shore connection part 2.high pressure and low pressure
Data transmission for shore power connection system monitoring and control
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 38329 specifies the data interface between the shore and the ship, as well as the implementation of non-emergency communications if necessary.
The communication procedures for low-voltage and high-voltage shore connection systems specify interface descriptions, addresses and data types. Appendix A also stipulates the
Communication requirements.
The application of this part involves the appendix of GB/T 38329.1.
This section does not specify the emergency communications described in GB/T 38329.1.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this article
Pieces. For undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.
GB/T 38329.1-2019 Port ship-to-shore connection Part 1.General requirements for high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) system

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 38329.1 apply to this document.
3.1
Emergency communication communicationforemergencyfunction
A hard-wired signal to trip the feeder circuit breaker (ship and shore).
3.2
Non-emergency communication for non-emergency function
Information and data exchange between the shore and the ship.
Note. If this data exchange requires the circuit breaker to trip, then the communication will also be carried out through the secondary circuit.
3.3
Register
16-bit location for storing data.
3.4
High byte highbyte; HB
The upper byte of the register, the leftmost 8 bits.
3.5
Low byte lowbyte; LB
The low byte of the register, the rightmost 8 bits.
