1 Scope
This standard specifies methods for the determination of phycoerythrin by high performance liquid chromatography.

3 Principle
The ethanol solution was added to the sample, and it was determined by microwave-assisted extraction, high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector, and external standard method.
