4.1 Classification principles
The principles for classification of facilities in general military and civilian resources are as follows.

b) Land classification should follow the classification principles determined by GB/T 21010-2017;
c) Sea area classification should follow the classification principles determined by HY/T 123-2009;
d) The classification of buildings should follow the classification principles determined by GB/T 51269-2017.
