This standard is applicable to the granulated carbon black sample in the production process before product storage tank. This standard is applicable to the test items of iodine absorption and oil absorption of GB 3778. It is not applicable to samples transported in tanks or other containers or packed. The method can also be applied to other test methods for carbon black products. |

Carbon black - Part 22. Processes
Control data calculation process capability index
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 3780 specifies the use of statistical techniques to analyze test data and process control data in carbon black production process control
(Cp and Pp), and gives a report on the process capability and process performance of the production control chart data
format.
This part is applicable to the granulation carbon black samples in the production process before entering the product tank. This part applies to the iodine absorption value in GB 3778,
Oil absorption test items. It is not suitable for use in tanks and other containers or packed samples. The method can also be used for other carbon black products
The test method of the project.
2 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this section.
2.1
The average of the moving average
The arithmetic mean of n moving ranges is calculated by R = ΣR/n.
2.2
Cpk index Cpkindex
Represent the index of the degree of process change caused by common factors within the technical indicators (see 4.4).
2.3
Moving range
The absolute difference between two consecutive, individually tested values.
2.4
Ppk index Ppkindex
The index of the degree of process change caused by ordinary and special factors within the technical indicators (see 4.6).
2.5
Process Capability Index
Cp
Used to compare the index of the degree of process change caused by common factors within the upper and lower control limits (USL and LSL), without concern
Whether the process is in the middle (see 4.3).
2.6
Process performance index processperformanceindex
Pp
Used to compare the exponential degree of process change caused by ordinary and special factors within the upper and lower control limits (USL and LSL), and not
Whether the process of care is in the middle (see 4.5).
