1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the functions, performance, and security of the early warning information push platform and mobile client. This standard applies to the distribution of early warning information based on mobile phone clients.

4 General

The dissemination of the warning information based on the mobile client is jointly completed by the warning information push platform and the mobile client. 5 Technical requirements for early warning information push platform

5.1 Functional requirements 5.1.1 Early Warning Information Acquisition The early warning information can be obtained from the early warning information release system and analyzed in accordance with GB/T 35965.1-2018. 5.1.2 Alert Information Push The alert information can be pushed to the mobile client according to the push settings of the mobile client. Alert information should be pushed based on the user's location. 5.1.3 Push result feedback It can feed the warning information push result to the warning information release system. 6 Mobile client technical requirements

6.1 Functional requirements 6.1.1 Receiving early warning information Receive warning information according to user-defined settings (such as impact area, event classification, warning level, release time, etc.). 6.1.2 Early Warning Information Query Can support precise query according to the location of user attention, event classification, warning level, release time and other conditions, and based on warning information Fuzzy queries for titles and content text. 6.1.3 Warning information display Can display the content of early warning information, including the name of the issuing unit, release time, event classification, warning level, warning content, warning The title and other elements should also be marked with the source of early warning information.
