4 Principle
In the urine, Δ9-tetrahydrocannanic acid is hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions, and then extracted under acidic conditions with an organic solvent, using liquid chromatography-tandem

include.
a) n-hexane.
b) Ethyl acetate.
c) Acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
d) Formic acid. excellent grade.
e) Ammonium acetate. chromatographically pure.
f) Glacial acetic acid. excellent grade pure.
g) 20mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Take 1.54g of ammonium acetate, put it in a 1000mL volumetric flask, add appropriate amount of water, add 2.0mL of formic acid,

h) 1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Take 4.0g of sodium hydroxide and dissolve it with 100mL of water.
