1 Scope

4 Principle

In the urine, Δ9-tetrahydrocannanic acid is hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions, and then extracted under acidic conditions with an organic solvent, using liquid chromatography-tandem Mass spectrometry was performed.

5 reagents or materials

The reagents used are analytically pure reagents unless otherwise specified; water is primary water in accordance with GB/T 6682; reagents and materials include. a) n-hexane. b) Ethyl acetate. c) Acetonitrile. HPLC grade. d) Formic acid. excellent grade. e) Ammonium acetate. chromatographically pure. f) Glacial acetic acid. excellent grade pure. g) 20mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Take 1.54g of ammonium acetate, put it in a 1000mL volumetric flask, add appropriate amount of water, add 2.0mL of formic acid, Add water to the mark and shake well. h) 1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Take 4.0g of sodium hydroxide and dissolve it with 100mL of water. i) 1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. Take 20.8mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid and dilute to 250mL with water. j) Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinic acid reference solution. a commercially available 100 μg/mL methanol solution, stored in a freezer in a refrigerator. Save time is 12 months.
