3 Test methods
3.1 Principle
The sample was ultrasonically extracted and centrifuged, and then determined and confirmed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.
3.2 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, all reagents were of analytical grade and water was the primary water specified in GB/T 6682.
3.2.1 Methanol. Chromatographically pure.
3.2.2 70% aqueous methanol. 70mL methanol (3.2.1), 30mL water, mix and set aside.
3.2.3 Acetonitrile. Chromatographically pure.
3.2.4 n-hexane. chromatographically pure.
3.2.5 Formic acid. chromatographically pure.
3.2.6 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution. Accurately transfer formic acid (3.2.5) 1.0mL into a 1L volumetric flask and dilute to the mark with water.
