4 Abbreviations

The following abbreviations apply to this document. OID. Object Identifier (ObjectIdentifier)

5 Identifier coding structure

5.1 The composition of the identifier code The smart city data identifier code consists of four parts. prefix code, data source system code, data status code and data extension code to make. Use "." to separate each part. 5.2 Representation of identifier encoding The representation of the identifier code is shown in Figure 1.

6 Identifier coding rules

6.1 Prefix code 6.1.1 Encoding method The prefix code is used to uniquely identify legal persons, other organizations, and natural persons that provide smart city data. Encoding method of prefix code It is. the main body code of the main body type code of the smart city data node. 6.1.2 Smart City Data Node Smart city data nodes are represented by OID codes, and the format is. 1.2.156.3008.1.Among them, "1.2.156" is the national OID node, "3008" is a node in the smart city field, which is allocated by relevant state agencies in accordance with GB/T 26231, and "1" is a data node in the smart city. 6.1.3 Subject type code The subject type refers to the classification of the subject of smart city data, and its code is represented by 1 digit. Use "0" for legal persons and other groups Weaving; Use "1" to represent natural persons. 6.1.4 Main body code The subject code refers to the unique identification code of the subject under a specific classification, and the country is used to uniquely identify legal persons and other organizations and natural persons. The standard code of knowledge. Example 1.For legal persons and other organizations registered in the People's Republic of China, my country adopts a unified social credit code identification, that is, it is identified by 18 Arabic numerals Or capitalized English letters, represented by the registration management department code (1 digit), the organization category code (1 digit), the registration management agency administrative division code (6 digits), and the main body identification code (Organization code) (9 digits) and check code (1 digit) are composed of 5 parts. See GB 32100-2015 for the numbering system. Example 2.For citizens of the People's Republic of China, my country adopts the identification of the resident ID number, that is, it is composed of a 17-digit body code and a check code. The column sequence from left to right is 6-digit address code, 8-digit date of birth code, 3-digit sequence code and 1-digit check code. See the numbering system GB 11643-1999. 6.1.5 Coding structure The coding structure of the prefix code is shown in Figure 2. Example 1.The prefix code "1.2.156.3008.1.0.12100000400009880K" identifies "the unified social credit code data service center of national organizations". its Middle. "1.2.156.3008.1" means smart city data node, "0" means legal person and other organizations, "12100000400009880K" means unified social credit code. Example 2.The prefix code "1.2.156.3008.1.0.12100000400002195R" identifies "China Electronics Standardization Institute". Where. "1.2.156.3008.1" Represents smart city data nodes, "0" represents legal persons and other organizations, and "12100000400002195R" is the unified social credit code. 6.2 Data source system code The data source system code can be represented by numbers, letters or a combination thereof, and the total length should not exceed 14 digits. Code of data source system The code rules are as follows. a) The system that can obtain the software copyright registration number uses the software copyright registration number identification, and the software copyright registration number is composed of. Four-digit year number SR The serial number of the year; b) For systems that cannot obtain the software copyright registration number, a custom numbering identification can be used. The custom numbering rule is. the first time the system is uploaded Line four-digit year number UN serial number. 6.3 Data status code The data status code is used to identify whether data from different sources has undergone fusion processing, and "N" is used to indicate the number of data that has not been processed by multi-source fusion. Data is the source data; "Y" represents the data that has undergone multi-source fusion processing. 6.4 Data extension code The data extension code is allocated by the smart city data fusion unit as needed, and the allocation should follow the following basic requirements. a) The data extension code should not be empty, and variable length characters can be used, but the structure should be as simple as possible and the length as short as possible; b) The data extension code should be unique within the same "prefix code/data source system/data status/" code; c) If the data extension code contains several sections, each section should express different category attributes to facilitate the realization of different dimensions Search; d) The data extension code should be able to reflect the main characteristics or attributes of smart city data, and be sustainable and scalable; e) The data extension code should meet the requirements of GB/T 7027-2002, or use the existing code preparation standard.
