foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Results and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"
drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 3656-2008 "Measurement method for coercive force of soft magnetic materials by flinging". Compared with GB/T 3656-2008, except
Apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The term coercive force is deleted, and relevant terminology standards are directly quoted (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition);
b) Deleted the relevant description of the magnetic flux integrator (see 5.6 of the.2008 edition);
c) Increased the provisions of the fluxmeter (see 5.7);
d) Increase the measurement principle (see Chapter 6);
e) Added the general rules for coercive force determination, added the fluxmeter method (method B) and multiple measurement fitting calculation method (method C) (see
Chapter 7);
f) Changed the reproducibility of measurement results of different methods (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the.2008 edition);
g) Increased the selection of measurement methods in the test report (see Chapter 9).

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2900.60 and GB/T 9637 apply to this document.
4 samples
The sample should be long and the ratio of length to width (or diameter) should not be less than 10.The recommended size of the thin plate sample is. length.200mm±0.3mm, width
20mm±0.2mm, thickness 1mm~4mm; the recommended size of rod-shaped sample is. length.200mm±0.2mm, diameter 10mm±0.2mm.
Thin specimens should be straight, uniform in cross-sectional area, and should not have obvious defects such as holes, burrs and corrosion.
5 Measuring device
5.1 Solenoids
The maximum magnetization field produced is not less than 2.5×104A/m, and the non-uniformity of the magnetic field is not more than 0.4% within the range of ±150mm from the center.
The tube constant error is not more than 0.2%, and the aspect ratio of the solenoid is not less than 10.
Note. In order to improve the test accuracy, a solenoid is tightly wound coaxially in the above solenoid to generate a small superimposed magnetization field in the same direction, and it is connected with the above solenoid
Combined to achieve precise control of the demagnetization field.
It should be ensured that the axis and geometric center of the sample coincide with the axis and geometric center of the solenoid, and the corresponding axis angle is less than 2°. sample,
The geometric centers of the solenoid and the measuring coil deviate from each other by no more than 5mm.
5.2 DC power supply
The excitation power supply should be selected according to the required maximum magnetization field, the stability should not be lower than 0.05%/min, and the adjustment fineness of the minimum range should be at least
Up to 1μA DC regulated power supply, the ripple factor is not higher than 1%.
