1 Scope
This standard stipulates the classification, structure, specification and model, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for the parallel steel wire strands of suspension cables.
As well as signs, packaging, shipping and storage requirements.
This standard applies to the production, inspection and use of parallel cable strands for main cables of suspension bridges.
