1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the e-commerce management system, organizational environment, leadership, planning, resources and capabilities, operations, performance Basic requirements for evaluation and improvement, and regulate the operation of operations, supply chain, marketing, information, capital and security in e-commerce activities Management requirements.
