1 Scope
This standard stipulates the main body of e-commerce participation, model classification and model framework, and puts forward basic requirements and expansion principles for the basic model.
This standard applies to the development and application of e-commerce models.

E-commerce
Business activities in electronic form.
Note. Business activities are carried out between the main entities of economic activities using modern information technology and network technologies (including Internet, mobile networks and other information networks).
Part or all of the key business activities such as pick-up, signing, and payment, including goods transactions, service transactions, and intellectual property transactions.

E-commerce platform electroniccommerceplatform
The sum of information network systems that provide transaction matching and related services to two or more parties in an e-commerce activity.
Note. The e-commerce platform in this standard refers to the information network system that provides relevant services to consumers.

4 Participating subjects
The main players involved in e-commerce activities should include the following five categories.
a) E-commerce platform provider. registered according to law, for e-commerce sellers, payment service providers, logistics service providers and consumers, etc.
An organization that provides an e-commerce transaction service platform;
b) e-commerce vendors. organizations or individuals that conduct marketing activities on e-commerce platforms;
c) e-commerce payment service providers. organizations that are registered in accordance with the law and provide transaction payment services for organizations or individuals that conduct e-commerce transactions;
d) e-commerce logistics service providers. organizations that provide logistics services for e-commerce activities;
e) Consumers. Organizations or individuals that use the e-commerce platform to purchase goods and services.
