1 Scope
This standard stipulates the principles, modes, media and flow of model-based avionics product data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) for issuance and reception.

4 General requirements
4.1 Principle
Data release and receipt should follow the following principles.
a) The data should be reviewed and confirmed before it can be issued, and the receiver should have feedback after successfully receiving the data to confirm whether the reception was successful and the data
The issuance and receipt of data should be data that has been verified and completed;
b) The issuance and receipt of data shall be consistent with the record sheet. Left and right parts, finished products, standard parts shall be issued and received together with relevant product data;
c) The process of issuing and receiving data should be tracked and recorded to ensure the traceability of the data.
4.2 Ways
Under the premise of satisfying the data exchange principle, data distribution methods are selected according to the following requirements.
a) Between different departments within the company, priority should be given to the distribution and receipt of data through the local area network;
b) Between different units, confidential information shall be distributed and received through a dedicated network, and cannot be issued and received through a dedicated network.
At the time of collection, data should be distributed and received through storage media on the premise of ensuring data security.
4.3 Media
There are mainly three types of media for distributing and receiving data.
a) Software platform. When the issuing and receiving units have unified data management software, data management software can be used to issue and connect
