1 Scope

This standard defines the basic terms, terms and definitions related to special robots. This standard applies to the design, production, sale, research, teaching, management and other fields of special robots.

2 General Terms

2.1 Basic General Terms 2.1.1 Special robot specialrobot;professionalservicerobot Applied to specialized fields, generally robots operated or used by specially trained personnel to assist and/or replace humans performing tasks. Note. Special robots refer to robots other than industrial robots, public service robots, and personal service robots. Generally refers to professional service robots. 2.1.2 Operation space operationalspace;operatingspace Special robot with manipulator, when the manipulator executes all movements instructed by the mission program, the part actually used space. Note.
