3 Origin and characteristics
Dahuabai pig is the collective name of Guangdong big ear black and white pig, which is distributed by Dahuawu pig, Jinli pig, plum blossom pig and Liangcun in all parts of Guangdong.
The combination of pig, Sibao pig and Weipo pig is a combination of fat and meat. In 1983, it was collectively called Dahuabai pig. Originally produced in the Pearl River Delta area of Guangdong Province.
Including the South China Sea, Shunde and Zhongshan in Foshan, Panyu, Zengcheng, Huadu and Conghua in the suburbs of Guangzhou. The central production area is Gaoyao City (original
Gaoyao County), Xingning City (formerly Xingning County), etc. Mainly distributed in Lechang, Renhua, Lianping, Peace, Xingning, Wuhua, Qujiang, Yingde and other counties (cities).
