1 Scope

This standard specifies the cosmetics of dimethyl sulfate and diethyl sulfate by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method. This standard applies to water-based class, lotion, cream class, gel class, powder, wax-based cosmetics and oily-like in the dimethyl sulfate and sulfuric acid two Qualitative and quantitative determination of ethyl esters.

Save at 4 ℃ dark, valid for 1 month. 3.8 Mix standard intermediate working solution (50.0μg/mL). Draw single standard stock solution (3.7) 500.0μl in 10mL volumetric flask with Methanol (3.1) constant volume, mix well. Light preservation at 4 ℃, valid for 10d. 3.9 mixed standard working solution. Accurately remove the right amount of mixed standard intermediate working solution (3.8), with methanol (3.1) step by step diluted mass concentration of 0.25μg/mL, 0.50μg/mL, 1.00μg/mL, 2.50μg/mL, 5.00μg/mL, 10.0μg/mL and 20.0μg/mL With standard working solution.
