Manned submersible oxygen supply and carbon dioxide absorption
Design requirements
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions for oxygen supply and carbon dioxide absorption for manned submersibles, general requirements, oxygen supply requirements, and carbon dioxide absorption.
Requirements and requirements to be followed when testing, testing, and testing.
This standard applies to the oxygen supply and carbon dioxide absorption of the manned cabin of a manned submersible. It does not include light diving, heavy diving, and fullness.
With occupants and submersibles, high pressure cabins and other occupants to withstand more than one atmosphere.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this article
Pieces. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 150 (all parts) pressure vessels

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in the “Specifications for the Classification and Construction of Dive Systems and Submersibles” (2013) apply to this document.
3.1
Manned vehicle humanoccupiedvehicle
A submersible manned by an onboard occupant.
Note. According to energy supply methods, it can be divided into self-propelled submersibles carrying their own energy and mooring cables that provide energy from the mother ship or offshore platform through the umbilical cord.
Submersible.
3.2
Atmospheric standardatmosphere
A range of pressure values, the value range of 90% to 110% of the standard atmospheric pressure, the standard atmospheric pressure value of 101.3kPa.
4 General requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The laying of hydraulic piping should be kept away from the oxygen supply system. If unavoidable, take necessary measures to prevent danger (such as oxygen or hydraulic oil).
Leakage caused fire, etc.).
4.1.2 The installation of large-scale supply and use equipment (such as motors, battery packs, etc.) should be avoided in the vicinity of the oxygen supply system. If unavoidable, it should be taken as necessary.
Measures to prevent danger (such as oxygen leakage accelerate the motor aging or hydrogen explosion from the battery, etc.).
4.1.3 The power supply equipment should be able to meet the demand for electricity during all working hours of oxygen supply and carbon dioxide absorption equipment.
4.2 Equipment Selection Requirements
4.2.1 All equipment materials should be flame-retardant and asbestos materials should not be used.
