1 Scope

This standard specifies the method to determine the contours of the surface structures (roughness, waviness and primary profile) terms, definitions and parameters. This standard applies to technical standards and documents as well as science and technology publications.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 General terms 3.1.1 The outline is divided into short-wave and long-wave filter components. Note.
