Foreword
GB/T 34903 "Petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries and oil and gas exploration related media contact non-metallic materials" is divided into the following four
section.
--- Part 1. Thermoplastics;
--- Part 2. Elastomers;
--- Part 3. Thermosetting resins;
--- Part 4. Reinforced fibers.
This section GB/T 34903 Part 1.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This section uses the redrafted law Amendment uses ISO 23936-1.2009 "Petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries and oil and gas exploration related
Non-metallic materials in contact with quality Part 1. Thermoplastics. "
This part of ISO 23936-1.2009 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.
--- On normative references, this standard made a technical difference with the adjustment to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjust the situation
Concentration reflected in the second chapter "Normative references", the specific adjustments are as follows.
● ISO 527-1, ISO 527-2, ISO 527-3 instead of ASTMD638;
● ISO 974 instead of ASTMD 746, ISO 1183-1 instead of ASTM D792;
● Add references ISO 899-1, ISO 899-2, ISO 11357-1, ISO 11357-2, ISO 11357-3.
--- In Table 2, in conjunction with Appendix A, PP-H and PP-R maximum operating temperature "120 ℃" and "100 ℃" were changed to "80 ℃"
Should our country's technical conditions;
--- In 4.2.2, add "If the modified PE through the seventh chapter of this part of the compatibility evaluation test, and meet Chapter 6, Chapter 7 of the relevant
Requirements, after consultation with the end user, the maximum operating temperature can be determined according to the evaluation test results "to increase the operability;
--- In 4.2.5 and Table A.3, an increase of PA612, to increase operability, to facilitate the implementation of the standard;
--- In 4.2.5, replace "PA11 and PA12 aquifer system maximum temperature should not exceed 80 ℃" to "PA11,
PA12 and PA612 in the water system should not exceed the maximum temperature of 70 ℃ "to adapt to China's technical conditions;
--- Notes in Table 5, "PAI immersed in 70 ℃ or 80 ℃" changed to "PAI immersed in more than 70 ℃" to adapt to our technical conditions;
--- In Table 7, two additional comments were added, "Available volumetric change rate in place of length change rate," in consultation with the end user, and
"In consultation with the end user, the rate of change in tensile yield strength may be used instead of the rate of change in tensile rupture strength" to increase maneuverability,
To facilitate the implementation of standards;
--- Added notes in Table C.1 and Table C.2 "Methane may be replaced by nitrogen, 70% heptane, 20% cyclohexane and
10% toluene mixed liquid No. 0 mineral diesel can be used instead of "to increase the operability and facilitate the implementation of the standard;
--- In C.3.1.1, an increase of sample preservation methods to increase operability, to facilitate the implementation of the standard.
The documents of our country that have correspondence with the international documents that are normative references in this standard are listed in Appendix D.
This section also made the following editorial changes.
--- Removed the ISO introduction;
--- Table 1 to Table 6, "- 30 ℃ Charpy impact strength (MPa)" to "-30 ℃ Charpy impact strength (kJ/m2)";
--- Added information Appendix B (PA612 basic physical and chemical properties), the original Appendix B to Appendix C;
--- Added information appendix D, gives a consistent correspondence with the international documents of our country.

Non-metallic materials in contact with media related to oil and gas exploration
Part 1. Thermoplastics
1 Scope
GB/T 34903 provisions of this part of the non-metallic materials used in oil and gas production equipment selection and evaluation of the general original
Then, the basic requirements, recommended practices and product quality assurance guidelines. Equipment damage caused by failure of non-metallic materials can cause public health, human beings
Staff safety and environmental risks. This section helps to avoid such expensive equipment as corrosion damage. This section supplements instead of supposing
Prepared design guidelines, standards or legal specifications of existing materials and technical requirements.
This section GB/T 34903 specifies the type of thermoplastic material used in the oil and gas industry, the performance requirements, manufacturing
Seeking, compatibility evaluation method and compatibility technical index criterion.
This section applies to but is not limited to the following equipment. Non-metallic pipelines, pipes, linings, seals, gaskets and seals. This section is not necessarily
Suitable for downstream processing installations and equipment in the refining, chemical or oil and gas industries.
