3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Residual chlorine residualchloride
Chloride (Cl-) and/or non-chlorinated free chlorine (Cl2) present in the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin.
4 principle
The sample is dissolved in an appropriate solvent, the prescribed electrode immersed in the same sample solution was measured, the titration process, the reference electrode potential
Remain constant, indicating the potential of the electrode changes with the concentration of the tested substance. Before and after the stoichiometry, the concentration of the measured substance in the solution
Changes will lead to dramatic changes in the electrode potential, electrode jump point indicates the end point of the titration.
5 reagent
5.1 General Provisions The reagents and water used in this method, when not specified otherwise, refer to analytical reagents or above and GB/T 6682
The provisions of the three water or rather pure water.
5.2 Hydrogen peroxide.
5.3 hydrochloric acid - dimethylacetamide solution. 0.0005mol/L.
Pipette 5mL0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution into 1000mL volumetric flask, diluted with dimethyl acetamide to the mark, shake.
5.4 silver nitrate - dimethylacetamide standard titration solution. C = 0.02mol/L. According to Appendix A calibration. Solution stored in brown bottle
in. Valid for 1 month.
