1 Scope
GB/T 34428 provisions of this part of the highway monitoring for the weather detector communications procedures.
This section applies to highway monitoring system in the host computer and the weather between the data detector.

3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 Communication flow, classification and coding of information shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 34428.1-2017.
3.1.2 For ASCII code, the information content of information using GB/T 1988 encoded characters, while using GB/T 11383
