1 Scope
This standard specifies the natural leather buffalo, cattle, goats, sheep and pig origin of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection method.
This standard applies to buffalo, cattle, goats, sheep and pig leather qualitative detection of animal-derived ingredients.
This standard does not apply to recycled leather and impregnated hydrolyzed collagen artificial leather (synthetic leather) and other materials testing.

3 principle
DNA samples of natural leather were extracted, primers were designed for endogenous gene sequences specific to cattle, sheep and pigs,
