1 Scope
This standard specifies the emergency management of lightning disasters, principles and requirements.
This standard applies to emergency treatment of lightning disasters.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Lightning disaster lightningdisaster
Personal injuries, fires, explosions or serious damage to electrical and electronic systems caused by lightning, resulting in significant economic losses and major social impacts
influences.

3.1 Lightning disaster emergency management should be in accordance with "government-led, sectoral linkage, social participation," disaster prevention and mitigation mechanisms, establish and improve lightning
