1 Scope
This standard gives the terms and definitions of fitness exercise safety, classification, general rules, preparation before exercise, exercise control, post-exercise adjustment and health
Common injuries in body movement prevention.
This standard applies to fitness for the purpose of the public sports safety guidance.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Range of motion
Movement, the body or body part of the movement from the beginning to the end of the movement distance or angle.
2.2
Joint joint
Where bone is connected to bone.
Note. The structure of the joint can be divided into two parts. the main structure and the auxiliary structure. The main structure includes the articular surface, joint capsule and joint cavity; auxiliary structures include the toughness

Movement segment movesegment
Some part of the limb that rotates around the articulation axis.
2.4
Range of motion for joint
A motion from the beginning to the end of a joint at the movement between the two segments of the limit of motion angle.

The range of motion or angle of reverse rotation of the shoulder and hip axes relative to the longitudinal axis of the trunk as the body completes the motion.

Stretch amplitude stretchingextent
The amount of muscular elongation that a certain muscle activity in the body starts to end.

Distance or speed of movement per unit of time, or work done per muscle unit time.

The upper arm moves from posterior to posterior.
