Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document is not responsible for identifying these patents. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Refractory Standardization (SAC/TC193). This standard was drafted. Sinosteel Luoyang Refractory Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd., Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Zhengzhou University, Liaoning Blue and White Group Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard. Tan Lihua, Yin Yucheng, Song Yanyan, Ge Tiezhu, Wang Jiandong, Li Yonggang. High temperature dynamic Young's modulus test method for refractories (pulse excitation method) Caution - This standard does not specify all safety related matters in use. Users of this standard are responsible for pre-establishing appropriate security Full regulations and determine the scope of their limits.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the principle, equipment, samples, test procedures and knots of the high temperature dynamic Young's modulus test method (pulse excitation method) for refractories. Calculations and test reports, etc. This standard applies to the determination of high temperature dynamic Young's modulus (pulse excitation method) of refractory materials.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 30758 apply to this document. 3.1 High temperature dynamic Young's modulus Young'smodulusatelevatedtemperatures The Young's modulus measured by a dynamic method at a temperature higher than room temperature.

4 Principle

Heat the sample to the test temperature, keep it for the specified time, hit the sample with the impactor, test the bending resonance frequency of the sample, and substitute it. The formula calculates the dynamic Young's modulus of the sample.

5 Meaning and use

The meaning and purpose are as follows. a) can be used to evaluate the properties of refractory materials, assist in the study of refractory materials and their quality control; b) suitable for testing the Young's modulus of a homogeneous refractory; c) for the dynamic test method, the Young's modulus of the long strip or cylindrical specimen can be tested;
