3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 30758 apply to this document.
3.1
High temperature dynamic Young's modulus Young'smodulusatelevatedtemperatures
The Young's modulus measured by a dynamic method at a temperature higher than room temperature.
4 Principle
Heat the sample to the test temperature, keep it for the specified time, hit the sample with the impactor, test the bending resonance frequency of the sample, and substitute it.
The formula calculates the dynamic Young's modulus of the sample.
5 Meaning and use
The meaning and purpose are as follows.
a) can be used to evaluate the properties of refractory materials, assist in the study of refractory materials and their quality control;
b) suitable for testing the Young's modulus of a homogeneous refractory;
c) for the dynamic test method, the Young's modulus of the long strip or cylindrical specimen can be tested;
