1 Scope
This part of GB/T 33905.3 defines general terms for smart sensors, classification terms, manufacturing technical terms, functional terms, materials
Language and performance characteristics and related terms.
This section applies to the production of smart sensors, scientific research, teaching and other related technical fields.
For some intelligent sensors (such as chemical analyzers, flowmeters, etc.) made of microelectromechanical system components and are expected to be used in special environments
(Such as explosive gas environment) the use of intelligent sensors, need to refer to other relevant national standards.

3.1
Sensor
A device or device that can be sensed and converted to an available output signal in accordance with certain rules, typically consisting of a sensing element and a switching element
