1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements, technical performance, and installation of high-strength threaded joints for wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as "units").
Art requirements, inspection requirements and maintenance requirements.
This standard is applicable to the installation and maintenance of high-strength threaded connecting pairs of wind turbines with a windswept area of more than.200m2.

3 General requirements
3.1 The high-strength threaded joints involved in the installation shall be qualified products for inspection at the factory.
3.2 The screwdriver with torque adjustment and quantity display function should have a certificate of measurement.
3.3 The fastening tools used for installation, such as torque wrenches, electric torque wrenches, hydraulic torque wrenches, hydraulic tensioners, etc., should be qualified for measurement.
The maximum accuracy error of the product and its measurement period should meet the requirements of the specification.
3.4 The installation environment temperature of the high-strength threaded connection pair is generally recommended to be -10 ° C ~ 40 ° C. Construction under over-limit temperature should be advanced during installation
The process test or assessment shall be carried out, and the corresponding construction process or plan shall be formulated on this basis, and the detailed requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the technical documents.
3.5 The installer should have received special training and holds an operating certificate.
