In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Modified the contents of “Fairness”, “Standardization”, “Reliability” and “Validity” in the “Evaluation Principles” (see 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5,.2016
4.1 to 4.4 of the.2016 edition), added the evaluation principle of “scientificity” (see 4.2);
b) Changed “evaluation elements” to “evaluation indicators” and modified some content (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2016 edition);
c) Added the “Flowchart for Language Training Service Evaluation” (see 6.1);
d) Change “determine the purpose of the evaluation”, “determine the scope of the evaluation” and “determine the evaluation interval” to “determine the purpose and scope of the evaluation” (see 6.2,
