The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Zinc-aluminum alloy coating hotdipzinc-aluminumaloycoating The pretreated steel is immersed in a molten zinc aluminum alloy bath to form a zinc aluminum and/or zinc aluminum iron alloy coating on the surface thereof. 3.2 Plating quality coatingmass The mass of the zinc-aluminum alloy coating per unit area on the surface of the steel is expressed in g/m2. 3.3 Leakage plating uncoatedareas The area where the surface of the section steel does not react with the molten zinc-aluminum alloy. 4 code, model and example 4.1 Code The steel is coded ZA (Z for Zn and A for Al). 4.2 Model The model of zinc-aluminum steel is composed of steel type and steel specifications. Expressed as follows. Steel type Steel specification, in millimeters (mm) 4.3 Example The zinc-aluminum alloy coated H-shaped steel with the specification of 300mm×300mm×10mm×15mm is represented by. ZAHM300×300×10×15

5 Ordering content

Contracts ordered under this standard shall include the following main contents. a) product name; b) the standard number; c) profile steel specifications; d) weight or quantity; e) Special requirements.

6 Technical requirements

6.1 Materials 6.1.1 Steel base metal The steel base metal should meet the requirements of GB/T 706 or GB/T 11263. 6.1.2 Zinc-aluminum alloy ingot The chemical composition of zinc-aluminum alloy ingots shall comply with the requirements of YS/T 310. 6.1.3 Zinc ingot Zinc ingots shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 470. 6.2 Plating 6.2.1 Appearance 6.2.1.1 The surface of the coating shall be smooth and shall not have defects such as peeling, plating, zinc thorn, dripping and slagging. 6.2.1.2 A small amount of white rust on the surface of the steel (white or gray corrosion products based on basic zinc oxide) should not be used as a reason for rejection. 6.2.2 Plating quality and coating thickness The quality of the steel coating and the thickness of the coating shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. Table 1 Steel coating quality and coating thickness Plating Plating quality/(g/m2) not less than Coating thickness/μm not less than Zinc-0.25% aluminum alloy 360 40 Note 1. The requirements for plating quality and coating thickness do not include areas that are repaired due to plating defects or breakage. Note 2. The thickness of the zinc-0.25% aluminum alloy coating listed in the table is calculated according to 7.14g/m2=1μm. Due to factors such as differences in aluminum content in the coating The coating density is not the same, so the coating thickness is only a reference value and is not a basis for delivery. 6.2.3 Plating aluminum content For zinc-0.25% aluminum alloy coating, the aluminum content in the coating should be 0.1%~0.5%. After consultation between the supplier and the buyer and indicated in the contract, Provides other profiles of aluminum-coated steel. 6.2.4 Coating adhesion Profile steel shall not exhibit peeling and peeling of the coating under normal working conditions. Note. The peeling and peeling of the coating caused by bending and deformation after galvanizing aluminum does not mean that the adhesion of the coating is not good. 6.3 Leak plating and repair 6.3.1 Leakage plating The total area of the steel leakage plating surface shall not exceed 0.5% of the total surface area of the part (excluding the cutting part). The area of each missing plating surface should not More than 1cm2, the leakage plating surface should be repaired. When there is no other agreement between the supplier and the buyer, if the plating area is larger than the above specified value, these parts should be given Replating. 6.3.2 Repair If there is a missing plating surface on the surface of the steel, the plating surface should be repaired by coating with zinc-rich paint or hot-sprayed zinc alloy. repair The thickness of the plating in the area should generally be more than 30 μm thicker than the thickness specified in 6.2.2. Before the repair, the scale of the leaking area should be removed. And other contaminants, or other pre-treatment methods to ensure adhesion between the repair layer and the substrate. If repaired with a zinc-rich primer, It shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of HG/T 3668; if it is repaired by thermal spraying zinc alloy, it shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 9793.

7 Test methods

7.1 Inspection items The inspection items, sampling quantities, sampling methods and test methods for each batch of steel shall comply with the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 Inspection items, sampling quantities, sampling methods and test methods Serial number test item sampling quantity sampling part test method 1 appearance by root - 7.3.1 2 plating quality 3 different branches 7.3.2 3 The aluminum content in the coating is 6 different branches 7.3.3 The mechanical properties and bending properties of the coated steel should meet the requirements of GB/T 706, GB/T 11263 and other related standards. When necessary, these items should be Line inspection. 7.2 Plating inspection 7.2.1 Appearance test Visual inspection under normal lighting conditions using corrected vision. 7.2.2 Coating quality and coating thickness test 7.2.2.1 Weighing method According to the requirements of GB/T 13825. 7.2.2.2 Magnetic method According to the requirements of GB/T 4956. When testing, the test points should be evenly distributed, with at least 5 recorded values per side, and the distance from the edge is not less than 10mm. The test point record value can be increased according to the product specifications. 7.2.2.3 Cross section method According to the requirements of GB/T 6462. 7.2.3 Aluminum content in the coating Inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A of GB/T 3082-2008. 7.2.4 Adhesion test As long as the adhesion of the coating to the substrate can meet the requirements of the part under normal use and general operating conditions, it is usually not necessary to specifically test the coating and The bonding force between the substrates. If the buyer has special requirements, the test method for adhesion may be determined by both the supplier and the buyer.
