1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements of industrial waste hydrochloric acid, the choice of treatment and disposal methods and product control, the choice of purification methods and environmental protection.

3 Terms and definitions

4 Basic requirements
4.1 Site and facility requirements
4.1.1 The site selection and construction of waste hydrochloric acid treatment and disposal sites should meet the requirements of GB 50016 and related standards.
4.1.2 The main facility shall include functional areas such as waste hydrochloric acid receiving and storage area, production area, subsidiary functional area, office management area and so on.
4.1.3 The receiving storage area should be equipped with receiving pumps, sampling points, storage, pretreatment and other facilities.
4.1.4 The production area should include facilities such as treatment and disposal, secondary pollution prevention and control.
4.1.5 The sites and facilities in the receiving storage area and production area should be leak-proof, anti-permeable, and anti-corrosion.
4.1.6 Auxiliary functional areas include water supply, power supply, fire fighting and other facilities.
4.2 Equipment requirements
4.2.1 The treatment and disposal equipment, acid storage equipment and accessories should be made of temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials.
